I offer a variety of ways to work with me: course options from my school Fire & Silk, 1:1 Tantric Coaching Sessions, and a deep dive transformational container: Safe, Sexy & Free. I offer a 25-minute discovery call to see whether or not we would be a good fit for working with one another, so bring your questions, curiosities, and openness to the very real possibility of internal sensual remembrance!
Safe, Sexy & Free
This is my signature program where we explore female sexuality and feminine liberation through a heart-centered lens. Each week we dive into a specific theme that brings you into deeper inner union with your true expression of sensuality and power beyond cultural narratives, familial and religious conditioning, and misunderstanding of your creative life force energy that is your Eros. Safety, compassion, and curiosity are at the heart of this exploration and I intend for this to be a starting point to begin to dive into your most authentic expression of your sensual nature that is rooted in deep safety and greater internal liberation.
What To Expect:

6 one-on-one weekly coaching sessions ranging from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes (I like to leave wiggle room if we are in the middle of a process!)

A lifetime-access course that follows along with the program of Safe, Sexy, & Free which includes: information based on modern neuroscience, Buddhist principles, sex education, tantric teachings & questions meant to invoke deeper self-inquiry

1:1 Tantric Coaching Session
This is an hour and 15 minute long intuitively guided session where we begin to work with what is currently showing up in your world.
I can help you with: unhooking from blocks surrounding pleasure and re-writing your sensual/sexual narrative, reigniting deeper embodied self-love, conscious dating/relating, somatic practices and practical tools to return home to your body, to name a few examples. However, we are human...and relating and intimacy is at the heart of the human experience; come as you are and let's be surprised at the wisdom that is already within you!
**Note: You do not have to be in a relationship to experience the magic of Tantra or Embodiment Coaching. There is no nudity or sexual practices within the session. It is more of a safe space to begin to discover those aspects of yourself. A way to talk about sexuality outside of the porn industry, sex education (or lack thereof), or from a medical standpoint. My main goal is to create a space where you feel "safe enough" inside of your own body in a felt way, so that your natural erotic essence and desires can bloom.
This session could use body meditations, nervous system psychoeducation and tracking, visualization practices, or it could simply be a safe space to unpack and unravel what is blocking you from being your most embodied and thriving self. I draw upon my years of training in this session and clarity of intuition of what is needed moment-to-moment.
